Doc's Downtown - Survey Sez - 4/10/24

John here! Thanks for being so kind and cool with me while George was off doing whatever things George's do when they take time away (we can only speculate). (And hope it doesn't land him in a Tijuana jail.)

Nacho Daddy had won the previous week but this was not going to be a night in his wheel house!

We had 7 healthy teams last week while the big dog was away, and leading at the halftime was Fab4. Although the rest of the field were so close, I couldn't call it a comfortable lead! Stella's Cover was in 2nd and we had a 3rd place tie between Been There Done That and Around the Bay.

Going into the final question, Been There Done That had clawed their way to the top while Around the Bay continued to draft them, and Fab4 were pushed to 3rd.

Last week, we absolutely packed Doc's. Fifty players spread across ten teams made it a shoulder-to-shoulder Survey Sez showdown. In the end, it was Snozberries game to lose as they held a three-point lead going into the final question. Doc's Downtown - Survey Sez - 10/19/22

We were back at it again last Wednesday, playing the old Survey! Nine teams took their shot at SS glory. Leading most of the game were newcomers, Rada, who had developed a sizable lead as we wrapped up round six. It was their game to lose, and that's just what they did. The newbies just couldn't come up with a correct answer on the final question, and a large wager cost them the game. Congrats to The Oxford Files who answered the final question correctly and rode their all-in wager all the way to the winner's circle! Let's do it again this Wednesday, shall we? Say, 7:00?
