With a whopping 33-point lead, Double Trouble had built one of the largest cushions we've seen in recent memory. The real battle looked like it would be for the remaining podium positions.

The final standings show that while Double Trouble stayed put at the top, everyone else either missed the final question, wagered aggressively, or both.

Double Trouble leading at halftime, leading before the final, and finishing the night exactly where they started—on top.

Meanwhile, Oldie but goodie quietly climbed from fifth place at halftime all the way to second place by night's end, proving that in trivia, you're never out of it until the final answer is revealed.

  • Double Trouble dominated from start to finish.
  • Oldie but goodie pulled off the comeback of the night.
  • The Dust Bunnies held second place for most of the evening but couldn't hold off the final-question shakeup.
  • The on-time bonus revealed that nobody trusted Memorial Day weather.
  • Waders may have been the most prepared answer, but socks might have been the most important.

·         Music Bonus – During Round 6 Question 1 – Guess the song's name and who the cover artist or cover band is. Put your guess in with the round 6 question 1 answer. Get 1 correct, receive 1 point; get both correct, receive 3 points.

Last week, we absolutely packed Doc's. Fifty players spread across ten teams made it a shoulder-to-shoulder Survey Sez showdown. In the end, it was Snozberries game to lose as they held a three-point lead going into the final question. Doc's Downtown - Survey Sez - 10/19/22

We were back at it again last Wednesday, playing the old Survey! Nine teams took their shot at SS glory. Leading most of the game were newcomers, Rada, who had developed a sizable lead as we wrapped up round six. It was their game to lose, and that's just what they did. The newbies just couldn't come up with a correct answer on the final question, and a large wager cost them the game. Congrats to The Oxford Files who answered the final question correctly and rode their all-in wager all the way to the winner's circle! Let's do it again this Wednesday, shall we? Say, 7:00?
